1. Scope of service

Xpectra.ai provides vulnerability assessment and security testing services only on assets expressly authorized by the client through digital signature of the scope document.

2. Authorization

Every assessment requires a responsibility agreement signed by both parties. The client declares to own the asset or hold the owner's authorization.

3. Confidentiality

All information obtained during assessments is confidential, processed on Xpectra's own infrastructure and never shared with third parties.

4. Limitation of liability

Reports reflect the security state of the asset at the time of the assessment. Xpectra does not guarantee the total absence of vulnerabilities.
