Contact data (name, email) voluntarily submitted through the form, and the technical information strictly required to run contracted assessments.

3. Local processing

Assessments run entirely on our own infrastructure. We do not use public third-party APIs or share your information with third parties.

4. Retention

Data is kept only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal obligations.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to admin@xpectra.ai.
